My husband bought me a bracelet watch for xmas, it fit but was a little tight so I emailed customer service and they set me out a couple of links free of charge. It fits beautifully now and I love the watch. The colours are so vibrant. My previous watch was OB love the brand. Thank you to Michelle for your help.

I ordered and item for a Christmas present. I was wondering if it would arrive on time. Emailed them at 6 in the evening and received a phone at 10 the next day. They promised to check out delivery and get back to me which they did and received the order as promised. Superb customer service.

No contact only via email poor customer svs
No contact only via email , I tried to cancel an order as my 20% code didn’t go through although it was definitely put in at time of ordering! I tried to call , email etc straight away after placing order but no way of contacting only by mail !
I have a mail stating they cannot do anything about it and it’s been shipped although I have had no confirmation!
The customer service is not good ! I will not be using this company again .

Avoid brand - numbers fell off and free repair not given
Two of the metallic strips in place of the numbers on the face of the watch fell off and are now loose and floating around. I had an email exchange with their unsympathetic customer service. Obviously, this defect in the watch has nothing to do with me or normal wear and tear, yet customer service was unwilling to be helpful and indicate the repair would be free.
Buy yourself a watch from another brand.
Avoid and buy at other retailers like…
Avoid and buy at other retailers like Pandora. Olivia Burton jewellery isn't silver and discolours quickly yet they charge the same prices as competitors like Pandora who's products are 925 silver. Olivia Burton do not offer warranty with any of their jewellery other than watches, which also speaks volumes and when emailing to complain they respond offering you 30% off your replacement which you shouldn't even have to purchase in the first place!

Not worth the money poor quality
Bought my daughter a rose gold charm bracelet that cost nearly £100 first off one of the charms was already broken , did not send a replacement then my daughter wore it and in less than 4 weeks all the charms had fallen off and were lost ? not worth the money very disappointed don’t buy

Excellent customer service!
After making a purchase I noticed in my bank account that two payments were pending. I panicked and tried to check my order confirmation which I then couldn’t access due to an issue with my emails. After contacting customer services I felt very reassured. They were extremely swift in responding and assured me that only one payment would be captured. They also kindly sent me tracking details and a receipt of my order as I was unable to access my original order confirmation. Very satisfied with the service provided.

Farah from the customer care team has been fabulous. Even though jewelry wasn’t part of the warranty, he sorted me out with a new bracelet in exchange for my one that had snapped. I received it as a gift from my mam on her wedding day and was heartbroken that it snapped. I am forever grateful for Farah and his help in getting me a new one!

Had an issue with a neckless I purchased recently and I had emailed for some help and guidance. They got back to me straight away to try and help and resolve the issue for me on which they did fast and very efficient along with a replacement. Couldn’t fault the customer service from Farah and from start to finish.

Great Customer Service
Lovely, cute set of earrings which I’ve had many a compliment for. However I was disappointed when a couple of gems had fallen out of one of the earrings. Customer Services was extremely helpful & replied to my email quickly. I received a replacement within a few days. Really pleased with the service.

A problem swiftly dealt with...brilliant service!
Unfortunately I had a pair of earrings that were faulty, however Farah at Olivia Burton dealt with the issue swiftly and without any hassle. Brilliant prompt service. I may have had an issue with a product but the customer service could not be better. I will without a doubt be coming back to Olivia Burton in the future.
